AI Power Inc. is pleased to announce that following the completion of its Series A, it has raised funds through a third-party allotment of new shares, increasing its capital to 641,759,000 yen (including reserves). The funds raised through this capital increase will be used for further research and development and business expansion of the company's energy management systems that utilize AI technology.
